The Forum, Stevenage will become a purpose built home for pioneers and collaborators in the technology and life science sectors, located at the centre of the ‘Golden Triangle’ (London, Cambridge, Oxford).
The Forum will be part of the largest Knowledge cluster in the ‘Golden Triangle’, comprising 33.16 acres with a development capacity of over 1.2 million sq ft of new floorspace.
Due to be completed in 2023, the development will be the home of advanced manufacturing in the region, housing 4 specialists laboratories and an innovation centre.
The first phase of the Forum, The Forge was completed in 2021. Providing town centre living, gym, retail, restaurants and modern office space.
The second phase which is currently under development, will deliver a purpose built 83,000 sq ft office and manufacturing site for Autolus. The site will also be Autolus’ new headquarters and will become the flagship of The Forum development. The site is planned to be at the forefront of “revolutionary” cancer treatment. The new centre will bring 200 new jobs to the town, as well as maintain Stevenage’s standing as a centre of excellence in the field.
